Local Martial Artist Grandmaster Crandall Holds Book Signing at Barnes and Nobles

From WKTV.com:
NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. -- Local martial artist, and author Cliff Crandall, along with his wife Amanda, were on hand at Barnes and Nobles in New Hartford Saturday, to sign copies of the book the two co-authored.
Reflections of a Grandmaster, Life Stories and Perspectives from a Traditional Martial Artist features 20 short stories that chronicle specific moments in Crandall's life.
Known mostly as a martial artist, Crandall is also a skydiver, bodybuilder, Guinness World Record holder, and former educator.
Crandall says he hopes those who read his book, can gain some enlightenment from it.
"I didn't want to write the book. I didn't think it would have value, but my lovely wife said it would, and people are going to like it. She said you're going to reach people who don't train in the martial arts through this book, through your wisdom, and your knowledge. I have found that she was right. It has reached people."
Reflections of a Grandmaster is available through Amazon, Barnes and Nobles, and at the American Martial Arts Institute on Seneca Turnpike in New Hartford.
