Eric Stalloch speaks at High School Graduation
Headmaster Eric Stalloch is the proprietor of the American Martial Arts Institute in New Hartford, but he has been following in his instructor’s footsteps in more ways than one. Like Grandmaster Crandall, he chose education as a profession, and is currently entering his twenty fourth year teaching at East Syracuse Minoa (ESM) High School, teaching Anatomy and Forensics.
“Teachers don’t always get to know how they have influenced their students’ lives,” Mr. Stalloch noted. “When the valedictorian asked me to introduce her for graduation, it was an honor and a privilege. It gave me the opportunity to both introduce her and to address so many senior students one last time.”
On Friday, June 23rd, Mr. Stalloch introduced the ESM valedictorian for graduation at SRC arena at Onondaga Community College. The ceremony included 275 graduating seniors, faculty, district administration, the school board, and hundreds of family members in attendance. The entire event was also live streamed.
