Still Alive and Kicking is a video series of 1-minute PSA created and hosted by Grandmaster Clifford C. Crandall, Jr. that give suggestions for activities that senior citizens can take advantage of to get up and get active. They are great for people of all ages. Traditional martial artitsts believe in helping to support and improve their communities, and over the years Grandmaster Crandall has formulated and implemented numerous initiatives for children, teenagers, women, individuals who are blind or visually impaired, veterans, and many others. Now, Still Alive and Kicking is aimed at senior citizens.
