Rochester Location Demonstrates Martial Arts
Demonstration in Fairport September 8, 2001

The Rochester location in Fairport held a demonstration on September 8th 2001 for the Fairport Fall Festival. Senior instructor and co-owner of the Rochester location, Miss Colasurdo, led the demonstration. Also in attendance were Senior instructor Mr. Sanson, also a co-owner of the Rochester location, Dr. Howard, and instructor Mr. Colasurdo.

Several students demonstrated both physical and mental skills for the village of Fairport. Students were taken through a mock class where they performed punches, kicks, and basic forms.

Adam and Jimmer executed their greeen belt kata, Pal-gwe 3.

Mr. Sanson demonstrates the "weapons" of karate with Dr Howard as a partner.

Miss Ann Colasurdo demonstrated mental aspects of the martial arts by walking on pieces of broken glass and breaking a board while still standing on the glass.
